Guest tickets, check-in and cards for graduation day

Eventera lets each graduate register with their family in one sign-up, up to the number of guests you allow. Every person gets their own QR ticket, and the door team scans them in with any phone.

Graduates also get a card with their name and photo to share, and a campaign page lets the whole class make a "Proud graduate" card.

How it works

  1. Create the ceremony Choose Graduation. It comes with tickets for graduates and for family and guests.
  2. Set the guest limit Choose how many people each graduate can bring, from 1 to 10, and the seats for each ticket type.
  3. Graduates register One sign-up covers the graduate and their guests. Each person gets a QR ticket by email.
  4. Scan at the door Any phone checks guests in, with a live count of the hall.

Cards graduates share

  • An "I'm graduating" card for each graduate, with their name and photo
  • A campaign page where anyone makes a "Proud graduate" card, with no sign-up and no ticket
  • Your own artwork in Card Studio, with the school’s colours

For the school

  • Your own questions, such as the graduate’s name or programme
  • The guest list with search and export to a spreadsheet
  • Automatic reminders and messages to every guest

Questions

Can I limit how many guests each graduate brings?

Yes. Set the number of people per sign-up, from 1 to 10. Each one gets their own ticket.

Do families need an account?

No. A name and an email are enough, and the ticket comes by email.

What is a "Proud graduate" card?

A campaign card people make with their name and photo and share on social media. A campaign has no tickets and needs no sign-up.
