Eventera turns any phone into a ticket scanner. Open Check-in, point the camera at the QR code, and green means the guest is in.
Volunteers join with a 6-digit door code, without an account. If the signal drops, scans are saved on the phone and sync when it comes back.
How it works
- Open Check-in From your dashboard on any phone, or send volunteers the door link or code.
- Scan the QR ticket Green: welcome in. Already used or not valid: the screen says why.
- Watch the count Every scan shows on your dashboard and the venue screen the second it happens.

Do I need a special scanner?
No. Any phone with a camera works, in the browser.
What happens without internet?
Scans are saved on the phone and sent when the signal is back. Anything that needs a second look is flagged.
Can volunteers scan without an account?
Yes. Turn on the door code and share it. You can change or turn off the code at any time.
