Eventera lets buyers pay you directly, by mobile money, bank transfer or cash. Eventera never holds your ticket money and takes no commission on sales.

Once you confirm a payment, or your own merchant account confirms it automatically, the buyer gets their QR ticket by email.

How it works

  1. Add a paid ticket Set the price, the seats and the payment accounts buyers will see.
  2. Buyers pay you They pay your wallet or bank the way they already pay, and send the transaction ID.
  3. Confirm, ticket sent Confirm in one tap, or connect your merchant account (Beta) and it confirms by itself.

  • Somalia: WAAFI, Premier Wallet and DahabPlus
  • Kenya: M-Pesa. Ethiopia: telebirr
  • Everywhere: any other wallet, bank transfer and cash

Does Eventera take a percentage of ticket sales?

No. You pay for the event with a pass or a plan, not per ticket. The ticket money goes to you.

What do I need to sell paid tickets?

An Event Pass for one event, or a Pro or Studio plan. The Free plan is for free events.

Can payments be confirmed automatically?

Yes, in Beta: connect your own WaafiPay, DahabPlus, M-Pesa or telebirr merchant account.
