Moving event registration off Google Forms
Google Forms collects names, but it does not send each person a ticket, close when seats run out, or check people in at the door. Eventera does all of that from one link.
Guests fill in a form just as short, then get a QR ticket by email. At the door, any phone scans it.
What changes on the day
- No paper list to search: scan the QR and the guest is in
- No double entries: a ticket used once says so
- No "But I registered!": every guest has proof in their email
- A live count of who is in, instead of a spreadsheet after the event
What stays the same
Your own questions on the form, and an export to a spreadsheet whenever you need it.

Questions
Can I keep my questions from Google Forms?
Yes. Add the same questions to your Eventera registration form.
Is it harder for guests?
No. A name, an email and your questions, in the browser, with no account.
