QR code tickets that arrive the moment people register
With Eventera, every guest gets a QR code ticket by email as soon as they register, or as soon as their payment is confirmed for a paid ticket.
At the door, any phone scans the code. A used or wrong ticket is shown at once, so one ticket lets one person in.
How it works
- Set up your tickets Free or paid, one type or several, each with its own seat limit.
- Guests register or buy The QR ticket is sent by email and can be downloaded as a PDF.
- Scan at the door Green means in. A ticket already used says so, with the time it was first scanned.

- The guest’s name, the event, date and place
- A QR code that only works for your event
- For multi-day events: the days it is valid

Questions
Can a QR ticket be used twice?
No. After the first scan, the next scan shows "Already used" with the time and who scanned it first.
Do guests need to print the ticket?
No. They show it on their phone. A PDF is there if they want one.
Can I sell paid QR tickets?
Yes, with an Event Pass or a paid plan. Buyers pay you directly and get their ticket once the payment is confirmed.
