The Pan-African Youth Forum (PAYF) returns for its 2026 edition — and for the first time, it convenes in Mogadishu, Somalia, from 7–9 August 2026.
Under the theme "One Million Next Leaders — Youth, Peace & Prosperity for Africa," PAYF 2026 brings together young leaders, entrepreneurs, innovators, policymakers and changemakers from across all 54 African nations and the diaspora. Over three days in the heart of the Horn of Africa, delegates will shape the PAYF 2026 Declaration, launch the next chapter of the One Million Next Leaders initiative, and build the partnerships that move the continent forward.
