Small team, big surface area
We are a small team working across product, design, and infrastructure. You will own real things from day one — not tickets in a queue.
Events are everywhere
Every industry runs events. Our market is global and largely untouched by modern tooling. The opportunity is huge and the timing is right.
Remote-first, async by default
We work across time zones with clear context and written communication. Deep work is protected. Meetings are rare and purposeful.
Open roles
Four positions. All remote. All with real ownership from day one.
Product Designer
Full-time · RemoteOwn the end-to-end design of Eventera — from the organizer dashboard to the attendee card experience. You think in systems, ship in components, and care deeply about mobile-first interaction.
Full-Stack Engineer
Full-time · RemoteBuild the features that make organizers choose Eventera and attendees love it. You are comfortable across Next.js, Supabase, and Node APIs. You ship fast and refactor thoughtfully.
Growth & Marketing
Full-time · RemoteOwn the pipeline from awareness to activation. You understand content, distribution, and conversion. You are comfortable with analytics and can write copy that does not sound like a press release.
Customer Success
Part-time · RemoteBe the first person organizers talk to when they need help. You translate feedback into product insights, resolve issues fast, and build the kind of relationship that turns customers into advocates.
How we work
Taste matters
We are building a product used by designers at some of the best events in the world. We hold our work to the same standard we hold our customers to.
Write it down
Decisions get documented. Context is shared. No one should have to ask twice for the same piece of information. Writing is how we think clearly.
Ship, then improve
We bias toward getting things in front of users. Perfect is the enemy of learning. We iterate in public and get smarter with every release.
